On 20 September 2014, St Andrew’s School for Girls in Senderwood, Johannesburg, hosted its annual Spring Expo.

Over 100 stalls and many fun-filled activities made for an enjoyable day and served as a wonderful opportunity for fundraising for internal stakeholders, such as the school’s rowing club. The profits from helicopter flips were donated to the social responsibility programme, Ubambiswano, and the Rainbow Inflatable area raised money for the 2015 matric dance.

Stalls ranged from food to fashion, a beer garden and wine tasting, arts and crafts to interior décor and motor car displays. The rowing club participated in a competitive ergothon and the school’s four houses battled it out on the newly refurbished squash courts.

The St Andrew’s School for Girls Spring Expo 2014 offered patrons an opportunity to experience the lush gardens and rich history of the school.
