By the time students reach Grades 6 and 7, they are proficient in utilising Google Workspace, laying a strong groundwork for the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program initiated in Grade 8. The BYOD program, offering a choice between Chromebooks and Dell Microsoft Laptops, empowers students to select the tools that best support their learning trajectories.

The introduction of the Microsoft platform at this stage allows for deeper exploration of subjects requiring more advanced computing capabilities, such as Computer Applications Technology (CAT), digital design, graphic design, coding, and robotics.

We also have a resident Apple Professional Learning Specialist, and many educators hold International Computer Drivers Licence (ICDL) accreditations on the Microsoft platform.
